Idealhomefinder is committed to serving the interests of both sellers /landlords and buyers/tennents alike and warrants to use best endeavours to prevent errors and omissions within the advertisements. However when or if such errors or omissions occur the liability of the publisher shall be limited to the value of that advertisement. Idealhomefinder cannot guarantee to provide a free photograph or free 'for sale' board but will try to meet the needs of advertisers subject to geographical constraints. The quality of photographs cannot be guaranteed especially when supplied by advertisers. It must be remembered that the descriptions accompanying the advertisements are provided by the advertisers and have not been verified by Idealhomefinder. Buyers should satisfy themselves as to the accuracy of those descriptions and should always seek professional advice when proceeding with a purchase.
